Pizza Artist — Crew Member
As a Pizza Artist, you're the heart of the Mod Pizza experience. You'll craft custom pizzas for each guest, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and bring positive energy to every interaction. No experience needed — we train you!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Friendly, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain one)
Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll lead your team with energy and purpose. You'll manage daily operations, coach crew members, and ensure every guest leaves happy. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow into restaurant management.
- 1–2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment
- Natural leader who motivates and develops others
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
- Ability to manage cash, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
Assistant General Manager
Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations — from hiring and training to financial performance and guest satisfaction. You'll be an integral part of our leadership team, shaping the culture and success of our Venice Blvd location.
- 3+ years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role
- Track record of building high-performing, engaged teams
- Strong business acumen — P&L, scheduling, labor cost management
- ServSafe certification preferred
Catering & Events Coordinator
Coordinate and execute catering orders, corporate accounts, and special events for Mod Pizza. You'll be the primary contact for group orders, manage logistics, and ensure seamless delivery of exceptional food experiences to clients across the LA area.
- 2+ years of catering, events, or sales coordination experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Social Media & Marketing Associate
Help tell the Mod Pizza story online. You'll create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; manage our community interactions; and support local marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and brand love in the LA community.
- 1+ year managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Genuine passion for food, community, and authentic content
